Data has been updated for sales recorded with the Register of Deeds prior to January 1, 2025.
From November 1st to March 1st new plats and splits cannot be worked in order to prepare the database for the March 1st assessment notices. Sales that involve a new plat or only part of a parcel will not be worked or updated during this time.
